Accidents on a premises, such as “slip-and-falls” on ice or snow, “trip-and-falls” on sidewalks, curbs, or stairs, or from other conditions of the property, can cause bodily harm ranging from relatively minor “soft tissue” injuries to serious, catastrophic or even fatal injuries.
Golden Rothschild has amassed over forty years of experience in defending a wide variety of residential and commercial properties, including private property owners and the owners, tenants and managing agents of commercial and retail establishments, restaurants, and hotels, and their insurance carriers against claims arising from the alleged condition of the property.
