GENERAL LIABILITY
|
Licensed vendors of alcoholic beverages, such as bars, taverns, liquor stores, restaurants and social clubs, and “social hosts”, a term which can include private individuals hosting a private dinner party to a corporation or organization holding a company party or attending a large convention, can be liable for the injury or death of persons caused by alcohol-related accidents. Injuries can range from relatively minor “soft tissue” injuries to serious, catastrophic or even fatal injuries.

We have also have assisted clients, including several national and multi-state corporations, in developing risk management programs to reduce the incidence of claims and properly handle such claims when they arise.
Golden Rothschild seeks to obtain the most efficient and effective resolution of our cases at the earliest appropriate stage.
