Lundell Serves as ArbitratorIn February of 2008, Philip A. Lundell was re-certified by the Superior Court of New Jersey as an Arbitrator in the Court's Mandatory Arbitration Program. Mr. Lundell routinely sit as an Arbitrator on behalf of the Superior Court of New Jersey in various counties throughout the State. He was also recently re-certified as Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
Westrick Appointed to ABA Leadership Position
In July 2008, Christopher H. Westrick was appointed Vice-Chair of the Self-Insurers and Risk Managers (SIRM) Committee of the American Bar Association.
SIRM is part of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the ABA. Mr. Westrick published an article in the SIRM quarterly newsletter in the Fall 2007 issue. For more information about SIRM, contact Mr. Westrick.
