Kenneth Rothschild is a Shareholder of Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in Insurance Coverage Litigation, Bad Faith Litigation, Professional Liability, Construction, and Commercial Disputes. He represents Insurance Companies (and their insureds), Self-Insured entities, and Insurance Agents & Brokers in the defense of complex and high risk claims.
Mr. Rothschild joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 1973.
Mr. Rothschild is a 1967 graduate of Rutgers University and received his law degree from Seton Hall in 1973.
Mr. Rothschild is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations. He is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, Middlesex Trial Lawyers Association, and DRI. He has been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney continuously since 1982. He has been assigned the highest rating by Martindale Hubbel (AV rated), has been designated as a New Jersey “Super lawyer” by Super lawyer Magazine and New Jersey Monthly for Insurance Coverage Matters. He is also listed in New York Magazine as one of the “New York Area’s Best Lawyers” for Construction Litigation. He is a Court Appointed Arbitrator and has been appointed as a Discovery Master in Complex Insurance Litigation and has served as an expert witness in Insurance Litigation. He serves on both the Middlesex County and Somerset County bench/bar committees. He is a frequent guest speaker for numerous insurance companies and related trade organizations and is listed in National Registry’s, Madison’s and Marquis’ Who’s Who. He has published articles in various publications including DRI, the New Jersey Law Journal and the Law Office Adminstrator’s Journal and has served as a Barrister in the Middlesex/Somerset County Inns of Court.
