Eric S. Schlesinger is a Shareholder of Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in the General Liability Group, Insurance Coverage Group, Construction Litigation Group, and Muncipal/ Traffic Group. He represents commercial and entertainment/hospitality clients in both New York and New Jersey in the defense of general liability claims, along with developers and general contractors in the defense of general liability and construction defect claims, especially those that encompass insurance coverage issues.
Mr. Schlesinger joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 2004.
Mr. Schlesinger is a 1988 graduate of Trenton State College, where he was a Dean’s List Student and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997. While in law school, Mr. Schlesinger was a Member of the Appellate Moot Court Board, as well as a Director of the Ronald A. Riccio 1-L Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Schlesinger is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Somerset County Bar Association. He also served as a member of the District XIII Ethics Committee (2007- 2008).
Mr. Schlesinger is a member of Golden Rothschild's Technology Committee.
