E. Richard Boyan is a Shareholder of Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in Asbestos Litigation, Insurance Defense, Toxic Tort Litigation, Products Liability Litigation, and Workers' Compensation. He represents insurance companies and self-insured companies in the defense of these claims.
Mr. Boylan was a Judicial Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County from 1985-1986 and joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 1986.
Mr. Boylan graduated from The University of Scranton School of Business with a B.S., cum laude, in 1982 and received his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1985.
Mr. Boylan is a member of the New Jersey State, Middlesex County, and Somerset County Bar Associations; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association; New Jersey Defense Association and American Bar Association.
He is the managing shareholder of the Workers' Compensation and Asbestos Department and a member of Golden Rothschild's Management Committee.
