Robert N. Golden is Of Counsel to Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in Workers Compensation and Asbestos litigation. He represents employers, insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-insureds in the defense of workers compensation claims.

Mr. Golden joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 1968.

Mr.Golden is a 1962 graduate of The University of Florida and received his law degree from The University of Florida in 1965.  While in law school, Mr.Golden was a member of the Board of Editors of the Florida Law Review.  

Mr. Golden is a member of the Somerset County,  New Jersey and Florida Bar Associations.  He  was Assistant Somerset County Prosecutor from 1967-1970; Municipal Prosecutor, Township of Franklin, 1970-1974; Attorney for the Board of Adjustment, Borough of Raritan, New Jersey, 1972-1983; Chairman, Somerset County Prosecutorial and Judicial Appointments Committee, 1981-1982; Chairman, Somerset County Bar Association Worker’s Compensation Committee, 1995-2000; Member, Supreme Court Central Ethics Committee, 1982-1986; Member, Commission on Judicial Performance, 1997-   ; Member ,The New Jersey Bar Association,  The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association; New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association, New Jersey Defense Association, The Defense Research Institute, The New Jersey Self Insured’s Association, The New Jersey Workers Compensation Association, (Member, Executive Board 1980-1985).   In 2008, Mr. Golden received the Jack O'Brien Award for lifetime service from the New Jersey State Bar Association.
