Robert D. Rosenwasser is Of Counsel at Golden Rothschild and actively practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, products liability law and professional liability law. He represents a wide range of private individuals and corporate clients.
After many years as a name partner in a law firm he help create, Mr. Rosenwasser joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 2003.
Mr. Rosenwasser is a 1970 graduate of Rutgers College and, after his Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy, received his law degree from Rutgers University Law School at Newark, New Jersey in 1975.
Robert Rosenwasser is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Florida Bar, and the Middlesex and Somerset County Bar Associations. He is a member of American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA) and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Rosenwasser has served as Judge of the Municipal Courts of the Township of Franklin and Borough of Millstone, 1982-1986 and the Borough of South Bound Brook, 1983-1986. He also held the position of Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of South Brunswick in 1979. He was a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee, Vicinage XIII, 1983-1984.
Mr. Rosenwasser serves an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex and Somerset Counties, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and conducts private arbitrations.
