Michael S. Feldman is Of Counsel at Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in Products Liability, Medical Malpractice and Toxic Tort. He represents Insurance Companies and Self-Insureds in the defense of these claims.
Mr. Feldman joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 1999.
Mr. Feldman is a 1957 graduate of University of Alabama and received his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1971.
Mr. Feldman is a member of the New Jersey State and Somerset County Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Trial Lawyers Association and Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.
Mr. Feldman was a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board of Trial Attorney Certification in 1982 and was re-certified in 1989, 1996, and 2003. He was on the Board of Certified Civil Trial Advocacy, Judicial Liaison Committee, Somerset County, from 1980 to 1984.
Mr. Feldman was on the Judicial Selection Committee, Somerset County, from 1988 to 1990 and was a Member of the Civil Practice Committee, Somerset County, from 1990 to 2000.
Mr. Feldman is an Arbitrator in Superior Court, Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties and was a Master of the Joseph Halpern Inn of Court from 1992 to 2000.
Mr. Feldman was on the Middlesex Borough Board of Adjustment from 1963 to 1966, was a Councilman Borough of Middlesex from 1971 to 1974 and Counsel to the Planning Board of Middlesex Borough from 1975 to 1976.
