Kurt J. Trinter is an associate of Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in General Litigation, Insurance Defense and Personal Injury.
Mr. Trinter was previously with Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein, Celso and Kessler and joined Golden Rothschild Spagnola Lundell Boylan & Garubo in 2009.
Mr. Trinter graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1997 and received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law- Newark in 2005. While attending law school, Mr. Trinter completed an externship with Honorable Judge Travis Francis in the Middlesex County Courthouse and participated in the Community Law Clinic for one year. Mr. Trinter also clerked for Sherman and Viscomi from 2004 to 2005.
Mr. Trinter is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Trinter has seven years of teaching experience, as well as one year of legal experience representing school boards with Schwartz Simon Edelstein. He also has two years of clerking experience at an insurance defense firm and has helped form non-profit organizations.
