Joseph A. Gurski was admitted in New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 2004. He received his B.A. from The College of New Jersey and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Newark. Mr. Gurski is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Gurski was previously with an insurance defense firm in Springfield, New Jersey and prior to that with a general litigation/bond counsel firm in Newark, Nerw Jersey before joining Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola, Lundell, Boylan & Garubo. He is experienced in handling insurance defense claims including motor vehicle liability matters, products liability matters, premises liability matters, and professional malpractice litigation in New Jersey. Mr. Gurski will focus his efforts in our insurance defense practice in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
